- Work closely with software engineering teams to identify and prioritize open bugs.
- Ensure that engineering teams have the information they need to deliver on time.
- Monitor bug resolution progress and ensure timely closure.
- Engage with Compliance area owners to help make sure that each area is ready for release.
- Mitigate risks related to unresolved bugs that may impact project timelines.
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on bug resolution progress.
- Prepare status reports, highlighting bug-related metrics and project health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks effectively.
- Implement best practices for bug tracking, resolution, and prevention.
- Support ongoing improvements to support continuous improvement within the project team.
- Identify potential risks related to bug resolution and take proactive measures to address them.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an IT Project Management role.
- Experience working within an organization that delivers software on a continuous delivery model desirable.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in software development focusing on the release of new software features and updates.
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools and methodologies such as Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).
- The offered base pay range for this position is $110,000 – 120,000 per year, depending on experience.
